Default I need help w/ a triangle w/exclamation point light

I purchased a used 2005 CR-V a few months ago and I do not have an owner's manual. This morning a light on the right side of the instrument cluster came on it is a yellow triangle with and exclamation point. Can anyone tell me what that light indicates?

I ordered a manual today but I won't have it for a couple of days and I would like to know if I am doing any damage to my car driving it around with that light on.

You can find online versions of the Owners Manuals here:

https://techinfo.honda.com/rjanisis/...01_OMANUAL.asp

Is there also a "VSA" lit up at the bottom left of the speedometer?

Thanks, I tried that site but they only have the 1st page of the manual.

The only light that is on is the triangle light.

Check your brake fluid level in the engine compartment, and check to make sure that the brake lamp is not on. If it isn't....have it looked at by someone who knows.

You have to click the links to navigate to the other pages...and your web browser has to be configured to display Acrobat files in the browser, not download them and open then with Acrobat Reader.

Check to see that you didn't accidentally turn off the VSA. The button is to the left of the steering wheel under the coin tray. Push the button and see if the indicator turns off.

VSA should turn itself back on automatically at the next start up thereby getting rid of the light if that's all it was.

When you first turn the key does the brake light come on for a short bulb test.

Thanks for all the help guys. I took the car to the dealer and I was told that I need new tires. The tires are slipping and that is activating the VSA light.

So now I have to find a good set of tires. The car only has 27K miles and the tires are worn out. Any advice of a good set of tires??
